Breeding gouldians

I purchased two pairs of gouldians a few weeks ago.. I put them in a large indoor aviary cage and have been feeding them a high nutrition diet I placed two nest boxes in the aviary and made nesting material available on the bottom of the cage. I provide cage lighting for 15 hours per day. Is there anything else I need to do to encourage mating? How soon should I expect to see nest building activity?
