Cotingas
The Lovely Cotinga (Cotinga amabilis) is found in tropical moist lowland and heavily degraded former forest areas in Central America from southern Mexico through Guatemala, Belize, Honduras and Nicaragua to Costa Rica with reports from western Panama.
Diet / Feeding
They feed mainly on fruit.
Description
The males have colorful plumage. The females are much duller than males and are mainly brown.
