The Rothschild’s Lobe-billed Bird of Paradise (Loboramphus nobilis) – also known as the Noble Lobe-bill – is a Bird of Paradise of which only one single specimen was found in Papua New Guinea in 1930.

This species was named for the person who discovered it — the zoologist Lionel Walter Rothschild.

Erwin Stresemann (1889 – 1972) – a German naturalist and ornithologist – considered it to be a hybrid, presumptively between the Long-tailed Paradigalla and the Paradisaeidae. However, its parentage is disputed.
