Vet rules in Minnesota
Rules on video vet visits in this state are not clear. Ask your vet. Minnesota law says a vet must know your bird through an exam or visits, but it does not say whether a video exam counts.
Visit the Minnesota Board of Veterinary Medicine website and use its license search.
