Vet rules in Wisconsin

Rules on video vet visits in this state are not clear. Ask your vet. Wisconsin law says a vet must have recently examined your bird or visited where it lives. A 2021 board rule proposal said video cannot start a vet relationship, but we could not confirm the final rule text.

Use the Wisconsin Veterinary Examining Board license lookup.
