Vet rules in New York
Rules on video vet visits in this state are not clear. Ask your vet. New York has no VCPR definition in its practice law. State policy says a vet must know your bird through a timely exam or visits, but it does not say whether a video exam counts.
Use the New York State Education Department, Office of the Professions (Veterinary Medicine) license lookup.
