Vet rules in South Carolina

A vet must examine your bird in person, or visit where it lives, before treating it by video. After that, video visits can be used between in-person exams. Treatment cannot be based only on an online questionnaire.

Visit the South Carolina Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners website and use its license search.
