Vet rules in Idaho
Idaho's vet board allows a vet to start caring for your bird with either an in-person or a video exam. The vet decides if video is right for your bird's problem, and the vet must hold an Idaho license.
Visit the Idaho Board of Veterinary Medicine website and use its license search.
