Vet rules in Ohio
Since September 30, 2025, a vet can start caring for your bird through a live video exam. Medicine prescribed only by video is limited to short periods, and controlled drugs need an in-person exam.
Visit the Ohio Veterinary Medical Licensing Board website and use its license search.
