Vet rules in Kentucky

A vet must examine your bird in person before treating it by video. Video visits can be used after that, but your bird needs an in-person visit every 12 months. In an emergency, a vet can give advice by video until your bird is seen.

Use the Kentucky Board of Veterinary Examiners license lookup.
