Vet rules in North Carolina
Rules on video vet visits in this state are not clear. Ask your vet. North Carolina has a vet telemedicine rule and requires that the vet has recently seen your bird through an exam or visits, but we could not confirm whether a video exam can start care.
Use the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Board license lookup.
