Vet rules in Rhode Island
Rules on video vet visits in this state are not clear. Ask your vet. Rhode Island law says a vet must have recently seen your bird and know how it is kept, but it does not say whether a video exam counts.
Use the Rhode Island Board of Veterinary Medicine (Department of Health) license lookup.
