Vet rules in Oklahoma
Rules on video vet visits in this state are not clear. Ask your vet. Oklahoma's board says a vet must have recently seen your bird or know how it is kept, but it does not say whether a video exam counts.
Use the Oklahoma State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners license lookup.
