Vet rules in Arizona
A vet can start caring for your bird through a live video exam. Medicine prescribed by video is limited to short time periods, and some drugs, like controlled substances, need an in-person exam.
Visit the Arizona State Veterinary Medical Examining Board website and use its license search.
