Vet rules in Connecticut
Rules on video vet visits in this state are not clear. Ask your vet. Under the law as described in early 2026, the first visit had to be in person, and a 2026 bill to allow some urgent video visits could not be confirmed as passed.
Use the Connecticut State Board of Veterinary Medicine license lookup.
