Vet rules in Massachusetts
Rules on video vet visits in this state are not clear. Ask your vet. Massachusetts rules say a vet must know your bird through a timely exam or visits, but they do not say whether a video exam counts. Lawmakers were considering changes in 2026.
Use the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Veterinary Medicine license lookup.
